End User License Agreement (EULA) — Eppie Bookkeeper
Effective date: August 23, 2026
This EULA covers the Eppie Bookkeeper application provided by Eppie, Inc. (“we,” “us”).
License. We grant authorized Eppie users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely for Eppie’s internal bookkeeping and related business operations.
Not for public redistribution. The app is not offered as a consumer product. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute it.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into QuickBooks through the app, for keeping account credentials secure, and for complying with Intuit’s and QuickBooks’ terms.
Automated assistants. The app may be operated by authorized human users or by Eppie-controlled software assistants acting on their instructions.
No warranty. The app is provided “as is” for internal use. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eppie, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may stop using the app and disconnect it from QuickBooks at any time.
