Privacy Policy — Eppie Bookkeeper (QuickBooks connector)

This app (“Eppie Bookkeeper”) is operated by Eppie, Inc. for internal business use. It connects authorized Eppie systems (including email and QuickBooks Online) so we can capture invoices and receipts, categorize expenses, and keep our books current.
What we access. With your authorization, the app may read and write QuickBooks Online company data (for example vendors, bills, expenses, attachments, and related accounting records) and may read business email to find invoices and receipts.
How we use data. Data is used only to run Eppie’s bookkeeping and related internal operations. We do not sell personal or financial data. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising.
Who can access it. Access is limited to authorized Eppie personnel and automated assistants acting on their behalf under Eppie control.
Retention. Records are kept as needed for accounting, audit, and legal requirements, consistent with Eppie’s normal business practices.
Security. We use OAuth-based access to QuickBooks and restrict credentials to authorized systems. You can disconnect the app in QuickBooks/Intuit settings to revoke access.
